For the last few months I’ve been having issues getting my brain to chill out and let me sleep. Someone suggested Valerian root tea and it is heavenly. Well, not the taste. It is tolerably, pretty herby, and eventually grew on me. It doesn’t knock me out or make me feel floaty or groggy. I still have dreams; maybe more than before. I have now started mixing in my second dose of collagen with it and am having less joint pain already. That’s all I got cause I finished my last sip and feel like a puddle.
